Sondra Disbrow

Sondra was born in Youngstown, Ohio and raised out in the countryside. She moved to Madeira Beach, Florida, in 1957 and bought a grocery store. Formed Ohio Food Stores Inc. and bought another store in Treasure Island and then one in St Petersburg. In 1974 Sondra and her late husband, Dick, moved to Ocala and built an A-frame next to the post office in Astor, opened a beauty shop there called Hair Styles by Sondra .They also bought a small fish camp close to Silver Glen Springs just south of Salt Springs and named it Pine Hollow fish Camp, where they sold gas, groceries, blue crabs, eels and catfish. In the 1980’s the Disbrows found their way into real estate and that led to finding New Smyrna Beach and falling in love with the area. Sondra brings a wealth of knowledge to the McElroy Team with several decades of experience. Sondra enjoys spending time with her three children Cindy, Bryan and Linda, five grandsons and one great granddaughter. Judy Herbaugh

Judy compliments the McElroy Team with many strengths and talents. Originally hailing from Maryland, she has become a true Floridian after living in Florida for the past 11 years. She has been licensed in Real Estate since 1978 and specializes in residential, commercial transactions and land acquisition. Judy has a wealth of knowledge and experience and it shows. She is a licensed real estate broker associate, a licensed insurance agent, a member of the New Smyrna Beach and Daytona Beach Board of Realtors, a past member of the Professional Standards Committee and a member of the New Smyrna Beach Chamber of Commerce. When she is not providing the best service in real estate she enjoys the beach, reading and spending time with her family and friends. Sylvan McElroy IV

Born and raised in New Smyrna Beach, Sylvan McElroy IV has lived in Southeast Volusia County since 1977, but has also extensive travel experience including more than 30 foreign countries spanning five continents. Sylvan's primary role with the McElroy Team is coordinating marketing efforts for our listings, but he also serves as the go-to-guy for all the odds and ends. He holds a B.S. degree from the University of Florida and has a background in journalism, business and public relations. Becoming a licensed Broker Associate and joining up with the McElroy Team was a natural move for McElroy. "I enjoy working with and helping people and I'm always learning and sharing what I know."
